What Traineeships do you offer?

Greenhouse Education can deliver the following qualifications via Traineeship pathways:
  -  CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  -  CHC40113 Certificate IV in School Aged Education and Care
  -  CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  -  CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support
  -  CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services

How do I apply for a traineeship?
There are a number of Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) providers in WA that are funded by the Australian Government to provide advice and assistance to help you find a traineeship and organise everything to get you started. More information about AASN providers is below.

Alternatively, you can go out and find an employer yourself – either by looking through job ads, or contacting employers directly to see if they have any opportunities available. Once you’ve found a traineeship opportunity with an employer, the employer can contact an AASN provider to get things started.
 
Once an AASN provider has been allocated Greenhouse Education can then enrol you in the qualification and commence your training.

USI

In order to study this course, you will require a Unique Student Identifier or USI. To obtain your USI, please navigate to the USI page under the "Studying at Greenhouse" tab. Should you need assistance with this, a Greenhouse team member will assist you at the time of confirmation of your enrolment.

What is a USI?

A USI - Unique Student Identifier is a reference number that creates an online record of your training and qualifications attained in Australia. The USI is a reference number made up of ten numbers and letters that is free and easy to create and stays with you for life.
 
If you are a new or continuing student undertaking nationally recognised training, you need a USI in order to receive your qualification or statement of attainment.
 
A USI is for life, you only have to create it once.

How do I get my USI?

A USI is for life! You only have to create it once. If you have undertaken training since 2015, you probably have a USI.

You will need to provide identification to create a USI. The following are acceptable forms of ID to create a USI, you will need at least one of these identity documents listed below:
 
Australian Passport
Non-Australian Passport (with Australian Visa)
Australian Birth Certificate
Australian Driver's Licence
Medicare Card
Certificate of Registration by Descent
Centrelink Concession Cards
Citizenship Certificate
ImmiCard

Why do I need a USI?

If you are a new or continuing student undertaking nationally recognised training, you will need a USI in order to receive your qualification or statement of attainment. This includes nationally recognised training delivered by secondary schools.
 
The USI will give you access to an online record of your nationally recognised training in the form of a USI Transcript. This can be used when applying for a job, seeking a credit transfer or demonstrating pre-requisites when undertaking further training.

How do I check if I already have a USI?

If you have undertaken training since 2015 you should already have a USI. Your USI stays with you for your lifetime.

Assessments

Accepted Answer

There are assessments throughout the duration of our course, as well as assignments due to be handed in within 4-weeks from the completion of all your classes. You will receive guidance and support from your Trainer throughout the assessment process and are free to ask questions at any time.
